Top marks for Bloom on London student accommodation project

As thousands of A-level students prepare to tear open their exam results the PBSA sector is booming and Bloom’s Phoebe Knight and Dominic Underhill have been hard at work at the stunning YourTRIBE scheme on St James Street in Walthamstow, East London.

Working alongside Aitch Group, Bloom is serving as Project Manager, Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor on the six-storey new build which will deliver 224 student rooms and 5300 sq ft of commercial space.
