We’re thrilled to start 2026 on a high note as we welcome Eamon Roberts to the Bloom team as our new Associate Director 🎉

Eamon is a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) and Project Manager with over 20 years of professional experience in residential development, commercial and public sector surveying, and block management.

Eamon’s development experience adds yet more technical expertise to further boost Bloom’s specialist distressed project turnaround service. Having been on the side of developers for many years, he is well attuned to the efficiencies and risks of residential development and is keenly focused on optimal project outcomes.

His broader expertise covers the full construction lifecycle – from early concept and design through to delivery, completion, and handover. With a deep understanding of the built environment and a proven track record across a diverse range of projects, Eamon brings valuable insight and leadership to our growing team.
