Bloom is delighted to have been appointed as Employer’s Agent, Project Management and Quantity Surveyor on the highly ambitious Sun Wharf Development for YourTRIBE.

With planning permission approved by Lewisham Council, this major PBSA, residential and commercial scheme at Deptford Creek will deliver 605 purpose-built student accommodation units, 50 affordable homes and 1,443 sqm of commercial space across three separate blocks, alongside high-quality public realm.
