Bloom Delivers Norfolk Recovery Project🏡

Bloom is extremely proud to have been appointed by an Administrator to orchestrate the complex recovery and completion of a substantial residential development in Norfolk, East Anglia. 📍

Our specialist team provided expert advice to unravel, de-risk and reprocure the build-out works for a 24-unit scheme of 20 houses and 4 flats, rectifying existing defects and driving the project to completion in only 7 months from commencement. To the delight of the Administrator and Funder, sales are already progressing very well!
