Bloom acted as project manager to oversee the highly detailed refurbishment of all front of house and back of house areas to a historic 5 story office building. The works were heavily design orientated with bespoke furniture included as part of the package of works.

Special features of the project included:

• Installation of feature external entrance canopy and signage
• Refurbishment of café and reception area
• Meeting rooms refurbishment
• Centre managers office refurbishment
• WC and tea point refurbishment

Throughout the design stages Bloom managed all of the design team to ensure that the client’s requirements were met and budget expectations were managed. This enabled a tender result which came within budget and construction period which completed on time.
