Acted as project manager to oversee highly detailed refurbishment of front and back of house areas to a historic 5 storey office building. Works were heavily design orientated with bespoke furniture included in the package of works.

Special features of the project included:

• Installation of feature external entrance canopy and signage
• Refurbishment of café and reception area
• Meeting rooms refurbishment
• Centre manager’s office refurbishment
• WC and tea point refurbishment

Throughout the design stages we managed the design team to ensure that the client’s requirements were met and budget expectations managed. Project delivered on time and on budget.
