Bloom Building Consultancy Celebrates One Full Year! 🎉🥳

It’s hard to believe a year has already flown by! Over the past 12 months, we’ve grown, learned, and achieved so much. From expanding our team to taking on exciting new projects, we couldn’t have done it without the hardworking people who make Bloom thrive.

• Offices in London & Birmingham.
• Carbon neutral status achieved.
• £50 million worth of construction work was delivered on distressed projects recovered.
• Extensive dilapidations portfolio: Inspected and issued Schedules of Dilapidations on over 1,000,000 sqft of industrial, retail, commercial and leisure properties.
• Reinstatement cost assessments conducted, with a total declared value exceeding £350 million
• B Corp certification pending
• £43.5 million worth of construction value procured and under contract administration.
