Lead and drive design meetings, translating the client’s ambition into an achievable design which will meet their needs and goals
Create a detailed, measurable delivery plan
Serve as Employer’s Agent and lead the procurement process, whether this is by tender or negotiation with preferred suppliers
Identify and attract leading contractors to create a tender panel, carrying out due diligence and pre-qualification on the most suitable applicants
Drive the tender process and analyse the value and quality of all bids received
Once the project is in flight, proactively monitor and manage contractor performance, seeking efficiencies and streamlining supplier workflows
Manage and motivate the project delivery team to maintain performance and take shared responsibility for achieving a successful outcome
