Works completed: Leading the project team to deliver a refreshed working space with an improved EPC rating, works included the refurbishment of reception, atrium, café, break out spaces and meeting rooms. In addition to the installation of new air conditioning and LED lighting to all office areas.

We navigated the challenge of refurbishing a fully occupied office building, through careful and diligent planning with the design, construction and client teams. Whilst the project was challenging, the works were complete on budget and on programme.
