Works completed: Chatsworth Homes, Garboldisham is a rural development of 24 separate dwellings.

The scheme was only partially built before significant performance issues led to the lender appointing an administrator.

Bloom was appointed by the administrator to undertake a deep-dive due diligence exercise on the project status and package together a build-out solution.

After encountering challenging planning, utilities, building control, warranty and build quality issues, Bloom was able to procure a build-out solution that addressed all these issues.

Work is currently on site and scheduled for speedy conclusion.
