Bloom were responsible for the detailed full inspection surveying of all external building fabric, including several listed features. Our team then fully specified the resulting remedial works, as well as tendered and procured the works packages.

As end-to-end Lead Consultant, we fully administered the contract throughout until project completion.

We successfully delivered this project within the clients budget and targeted programme deadlines.
