Works completed: Chatsworth Homes, Garboldisham is a rural development of 20 houses and 4 flats.

The scheme was only partially built before significant performance issues led to the lender appointing an administrator.

Bloom was appointed by the administrator to undertake a deep-dive due diligence exercise on the project status and package together a build-out solution.

After encountering challenging planning, utilities, building control, warranty and build quality issues, Bloom procured a full build-out solution that addressed all these issues.

Work is currently finishing and sales underway.
