Role included deep dive assessment of all live project issues and reporting on priority basis, acting as Cost Consultant, resetting cost to complete. Enhanced monitoring of ongoing development works and recommendations of draw downs to lender.
Works concluded to all quality and statutory requirements and several properties now under offer.
