Programme: November 2025 – December 2026

Works completed: Appointed to provide full project consultancy for a major PBSA development on a constrained inner-city site. Role included Project Manager, Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor, after overseeing demolition and clearance existing site.

Due to urban location and proximity of neighbouring buildings, careful logistical management and tight control were essential to ensure uninterrupted construction process.
