Works completed: Bloom was appointed to provide Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration services for the tenant fit-out of an existing warehouse facility delivered under a Design and Build contract. Our role was to manage the contractual process, monitor cost and programme performance, and support the project through to completion.

Our services included stakeholder coordination, site inspections, progress monitoring, valuation reviews, cost and risk management, quality inspections, snagging, handover support and final account close-out. The works included warehouse and office fit-outs, internal finishes, welfare facilities, mechanical and electrical installations, testing and commissioning.

A key challenge was delivering the fit-out within a condensed programme while maintaining quality and cost control within an operational facility. Through proactive contract management and coordination, Bloom supported the successful delivery of a fully operational manufacturing facility with a controlled route to completion.
