Works completed: Appointed to provide Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration services for tenant fit-out of an existing warehouse under a Design and Build contract. We managed contractual process, monitored cost and programme performance, and supported the project to completion.

Services included stakeholder coordination, site inspections, progress monitoring, valuation reviews, cost and risk management, quality inspections, snagging, handover support and final account close-out.

A key challenge was delivering the fit-out within a condensed programme while maintaining quality and cost control within an operational facility. Through proactive contract management and coordination, Bloom supported the successful delivery of a fully operational manufacturing facility with a controlled route to completion.
