Works completed: In January 2025, Bloom was appointed as Employer’s Agent & Quantity Surveyor to deliver this residential scheme offering 37 dwellings – a mix of high-end townhouses and apartments. We joined the project following the insolvency of the original Developer and were involved in taking this part-built, distressed scheme to a state of market readiness.

Key features of our role included the development of a robust contract utilising the JCT Design and Build 2016 with bespoke set of amendments, providing expertise on contract and financial matters during construction phase, and supporting project close-out in relation to statutory approvals and the award of New Home Warranties.

We continue to support the client to lead this project to a successful conclusion, despite its fractured history.
