Industrial
We have acted as Contract Administrator and project managed everything from full refurbishments and EPC improvement works to minor dilapidation works, and supported both the owners and operators of industrial buildings with Preventative Maintenance Plans, Dilapidations advice and Licences for Alterations.
Leisure
We have recently acted as Project Manager for the construction of a major new sports facility in London, and have served as Cost Manager and Employer’s Agent on a number of refurbishment projects in the hospitality sector.
Office
We have led office refurbishment and new build schemes across the UK, and have served as Project Managers for both CAT A and CAT B fitouts. In addition we have provided Dilapidations advice to both landlords and tenants, as well as technical reviews for Licences for Alterations. Our building surveyors partner closely with clients to provide assessments of property portfolios that help landlords ensure they meet their ESG targets.
Residential
Our project work spans mixed use and pure residential schemes, ranging in value from £3m to £50m. Our building surveyors have also undertaken strategic assessments of property portfolios to aid landlords in meeting their ESG targets. Additionally, we have undertaken Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Preventative Maintenance Plans and acted as Contract Administrator for fire damage remedial schemes.
Retail
From Landlord enabling works to full refurbishment programmes, we have project and cost managed for investors, owners and developers from across the retail spectrum. We have also provided detailed Technical Due Diligence and Dilapidations advice, Preventative Maintenance Plans and Licences for Alterations for retail landlords and investors.
Student Accommodation
We have worked with developers across this fast-growing sector, delivering both new build and refurbishment projects ranging in size from £1m to £45m. In addition to serving as Project Managers and Employer’s Agent, we’ve provided Building Surveying and Contract Administration services to investors and landlords to help them get optimum performance and value from their assets throughout the property lifecycle.
